Guild Rules
Before you post on our forums you need to register an account (Activate by email). We prefer if you use ingame names so we known who you are. You should recieve an email with a link to activate your account.

Only apply if:

You are in charge of your own life, you raid for as late as you want to and whenever you want to, you dont have relatives telling you when to go to bed or on what days you are allowed to raid.

You are reliable, when you say you can raid you show up unless hit by a train or worse and you dont have to afk for more than 5 minutes at a time during raids (In addition to our designated 5-10 minute breaks). You can and want to raid from 19:00 to 23:00. Althoguh we don't have any requirement on minimum raids attended, we do need active people at this point, and inactivity may result in failing ones  trial. Raids end at 23:00 sharp, and not a minute before, unless called by raidleader.

You are willing to do what it takes to keep your character in the best shape possible for any encounter. Farming gear/consumables and wiping for several hours a couple of days a week is not a problem.

Very Important:

You have a great attitude towards the game and other people, you dont bitch and moan if you recieve criticism or if anything else is wrong. If you have a problem with someone or something you bring it to us calmly and we will take it seriously. The guild attitude towards raiding isnt hardcore so if you are an elitist jerk you probably dont belong here, we do however want friendly, good players.

You know how to play your class preferably with all 3 specs, we gear alot of people up for 2 specs and have them swap around wherever its needed to keep a small guild roster and gear up as efficienty as possible. Keeping up to speed on how to play 2 specs as good as possible is something you can and want to do.

You know how to read, write and listen to English. Don't waste yours or our time by writing an application where we can't understand what you are trying to tell us as we will just mock it and move on to do something worthy of our time. If accepted for trial you need to get ventrilo and be able to listen to what you are told, having a mic is not a requirement however.

General guildelines we expect you to follow

1. Signing up means showing up. Pay attention to what you sign for, and when it is. Not showing up will result in a DKP penalty, and eventually your removal from the guild.

Disrespecting others, including racism

CONTINUOUS USE OF CAPS

Ninjalooting, fake dc's or similar

2. No begging for gold, no nagging for boosts.

3. You don't join the guild, you join our community. Stuff we like:

-Helping your guildies

-Contribute to our forums and keep the guild channel alive.

-You don't charge your guildies for your crafting profession, mats (if needed) are the price it takes for you to get them or half the AH price if you gathered them yourself.

4. Guildbank, feel free to use it for consumables. If you really need something else, you can request it on our forums or from an officer. Of course we really appreciate it if you contribute to keeping the bank filled, or by donating some gold. Non-contributors probably won't get anything else than consumables.

5. Discussions are encouraged, but keep it friendly. If things get unfriendly, sort things out yourselves or go to your classleader or an officer for help.

Also, anyone can ask anything in /g, don't be afraid even if you are a new guy. There is no point in whispering an officer general questions related to how the guild works.

6. We don't force you to do to anything! But please keep your classleader informed; if you can't raid, go on holidays or level an alt, you risk being demoted or removed from the guild if nobody knows.

7. Don't be an ass. Seriously. Examples of being an ass:

-Disrespecting others, including racism

-CONTINUOUS USE OF CAPS

-Ninjalooting, fake dc's or similar

8. We need you on our raids! If a raid is planned for the week, you are not allowed to pug it. There might be exceptions, but always ask your classleader first. If a guild raid is planned and you get saved to a different raid, without permission from your classleader or officers, you will get a warning, and eventually a demote or kick.

9. Don't bring shame to the guild:

- Don't become the joke of /1,/2 in cities

- Don't spam

- Be a nice guy in pugs

10. Minimum age for recruitment is 16 years old. This considered more a test of mental age than your actual age and if you have the maturity of a 16-year-old then we will consider letting you in anyhow.

Trialist Period
The trial period lasts for 4 weeks, and won't exceed that timelimit. You may pass or fail your trial before this time, based on the impression left by you on the officer staff.

We can't begin to stress how important it is for us that new trialists take their time to get to know our policies, and stay active both ingame, in the guildchat and on the forums during their trial.

At this point we need active and devoted players, and it's pretty much up to you yourself whether you pass or fail.

Members have priority over trialists when raidspots are sorted, so we encourage trialists to be ready on standby and to sign for as much as they can, although there's no minimum raid attendance.

Inactivity
For those planning to be more focused on RL than on World of Warcraft please read the following:

Raiders:

As a raider you are supposed to be active on both forums as participating into raids. You should subscribe and participate in at least 2 raids a week. You are allowed to have a break from raiding but not more than 1 month of inactivity, and please let us know on forums or in game. If you are more inactive than active, the officers are allowed to demote you to the rank of Social Member.

Social Members:

Social Members are allowed in the guild under the circumstance that they participate in the guild. We require them to be active on the forum and ingame in the guildchat, and helpful in general. Inactivity will lead to Members being demoted to Socials.

14 Day limit:

This rules applies to everyone. Unless given notice, you will be removed form the guild if you've been offline for 14 days, be it social members, members or alts. This is not to say that you've lost your spot in the guild, and we'll judge reinvinting on a case by case scenario.

Required Addons
Omen Threat Meter (Mandatory)

Omen is a threat meter.

Basically, enemies in WoW decide who to attack by deciding who is the most threatening based on the abilities you use. What Omen does is provide accurate values of your group's relative threat level on individual enemies, so that you can see when you're in danger of pulling aggro (or, if you're next on the snack list if your tank bites it). This info is usually only critical in raids, where only tanks can survive aggro, but it's useful for any multi-player situation.

Deadly Boss Mods (Mandatory)

Boss mods for all raid bosses

Colored raid warnings (players will be colored according to their class) with icons - so you will know what's going on without even reading the message
Auto-respond during boss fights. DBM will inform anyone who whispers you during a boss fight that you are busy. These messages contain the name and health of the boss as well as the raid's status

HealthFrame: you can enable a simple frame that shows a health bar for all active bosses. This is enabled by default for multi-mob bosses like Four Horsemen
Special effects like the screen flash effect, huge warning messages and sounds will draw your attention to critical events

Bars can change their color over time and flash before they expire.

Recount (Optional)

Recount is a graphical damage meter and shows how much dmg/tps/healing done etc you and other are doing.

Loot Values and Rules

Crusader Trophy:           3 DKP minimum bid

25 man Epics:               2 DKP minimum bid

Bidding

To check your current DKP, whisper the loot master with: !dkp

You whisper your bid privately to the loot master. The winner will recieve the item for the 2nd highest bid +1 DKP.

Should you be the sole bidder, you'll recieve the item for the minimum bid. Should two or more people bid the same amount, they will be forced to

roll for the item, and the winner receives it for the exact number of DKP he bid.

Main/Alts

DKP is given to characters, not accounts. You may not use your main character's DKP gearing up your alts.

Looting Priority

When using DKP, there's no armor priority. You've earned your points, so you're free to spend them as long as the piece of gear fits your mainspec.

When rolling (10mans) there's is however, armor priority. Meaning a Priest will always get the cloth belt over the Shaman.
